Regardless of method, payments received after 2:00pm are credited the next business day.
Payment Methods
WWD offers a variety of payment methods because payment on each account is vital to continued water service. Past due accounts are subject to disconnection at anytime without notice. Past due accounts that have been disconnected must be paid in full, including a $25.00 service fee and any difference between the initial deposit and current deposit fee, prior to restoration of service.
- Online: Payments can be made online at https://www.logicsolbp.com/waynewater/login.aspx
- Phone Payments: We are now accepting payments by phone at (888) 626-9065. You must have the complete 13 digit account number located on your most recent bill to access the system. If your account has been disconnected for nonpayment or is scheduled to be disconnected, you must pay in our office to have your service restored.
- Bank Draft: Customers may complete a bank draft request at WWD's office. The customer must complete the form, provide photo ID and a voided check at WWD's office located at 104 South Center Street, Goldsboro, NC. Approximately sixty (60) days should be allowed for the draft to become effective. This payment method will be posted to accounts on the due date of the bills.
- Mail: Payments can be sent to PO Box 1580 Goldsboro NC 27533-1580. Please allow seven (7) business days for mailing and posting to your account.
- Office: Payments can be made with cash, check or credit card in person at our office located at 104 S Center Street, Monday - Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. This is not a mailing address and we are not responsible for misdirected mail. We do not have any drop box locations.
